FEATURE REQ: Support environenent variable substitution oin "Include" directive

Summary: FEATURE REQ: Support environenent variable substitution
                    oin "Include" directive
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0-HEAD
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jari.aalto@poboxes.com

DESCRIPTION

Add support for environment variable substitutions, like in:

  Include /etc/apache/$HOSTNAME/server.conf

MOTIVATION

When maintaining several web servers (development and stable), these servers
are almost identical in settings except few key variables. Like webmaster
address, memory specific settings, etc.

It would help maintaining common site wide Apache setup for several hosts, if
the "Include" directive supported environment variable substitutions.
