There are a lot of CGI tutorials out there.  This one isn't really a tutorial at all; it's
a feed to amazon.  There's more advert than content on the page referenced, and it's designed
to prevent accessing any content without first viewing the advertising.

Besides, people who spam with web tutorials should at least start with some basics like getting
their HTML right.
