The attached patch will make the crash go away on Solaris but I don't think it
is the right way to solve this problem. We need to somehow get apr_rmm_calloc to
always get us memory blocks with correct alignment instead of resorting to
workarounds like this.

This problem might be specific to 64-bit systems as 32-bit systems probably have
no need to do memory allocations in 8-byte chunks.
