It would seem that documentation is the main problem, however it does seem a bit
weird that such a command should change in such a way as to break backward
compatability and for no obvious added gain.
Its just a perl script used by deleopers, why couldn't the original names have
been used!
It seems to me that because of these changes you would also need to add an extra
switch so that installtion scripts can tell whether they are using apache 1.3's
version of apxs or apache 2.0's!
