Why Apache running then there'll be one pump out window showing:
"Apache.exe - Application error,.....     "0x77f8567d" command refering memory  
shouldn't be "read".   ..... click "cancel" for debugging....

Below bug should be fine right?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
The Apache service named C:\AppServ\Apache\Apache.exe reported the following 
error:
>>> [Sat Jun 12 00:04:15 2004] [warn] pid file c:/appserv/apache/logs/httpd.pid 
overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? <<<
 before the error.log file could be opened.
 More information may be available in the error.log file.   .
