Apache 2 removes lines if the HTM file exceeds 3000 characters

Okay, this is getting a little weirder. I currently have all the directives
André Malo suggested on. At 3k characters it shows the entire file. I figured,
bug solved, right? I go back to my original file (6491 chars) and it's still
cutting lines. I resumed testing, and it appears that at 4k chars it cuts off.
