Apache 2 removes lines if the HTM file exceeds 3000 characters

Summary: Apache 2 removes lines if the HTM file exceeds 3000
                    characters
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.49
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: MageOfChrisz@Hotmail.com

I haven't quite figured out this bug.

At first when I had apache 2.0.48 working with PHP5 RC1 Everything worked
fine. I decided to upgrade to 2.0.49 and PHP5 RC2. So I uninstall 2.0.48 and
PHP5 RC1 and installed the recent version of both. The only edit's i've made
to the config is the DocumentRoot, and the port number, and loading PHP5 as a
SAPI module, and approprietly giving the right document extensions for it. I
start it up, open my *.htm file and its missing the first 97 or so lines of
the file. I figured maybe it was my error, and proceeded to upload the file to
a remote server. It wasn't.

It apparently only happens with *.htm files. I have tried .txt files and no
results. and Images do not show up. I tried downgrading to 2.0.48 (after
uninstalling 2.0.49 and PHP5 RC2) without loading up PHP5RC2 into the
httpd.conf and just changed the directory as per normal. Same effect. After
many hours of frustration over this I took to IRC and tried troubleshooting,
Nobody could understand it.

My initial file I was using in .htm was 6495 Characters long, and 160 lines
long. I decided to test by putting 6k random characters into a file, And most
of it was cut short. I moved to 5k, same effect. At 2k is when it didn't do it
anymore. I also left the default dev port (8080) and nothing changed.

I am running Windows XP 5.1 SP1 2600
Pentium 4 2.53GHZ
2 sticks of PC2700 512MB DDR Ram
