Hey Paul,

thanks a lot for the contribution, I will have a look at it as soon as possible
(i.e. as soon as my test machine has booted up!) :-)

Some ideas/thoughts, what would be nice:

- configurable in contexts, i.e. different settings
  - per virtual site
  - per filename
  - per suexec user
  - per directory
  - ...
- displaying a self-made "error" (overload) page

What do you think about that?
