`apxs -q LDFLAGS_SHLIB` is undefined even if configured with --enable-so

Summary: `apxs -q LDFLAGS_SHLIB` is undefined even if configured
                    with --enable-so
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.1-HEAD
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: FreeBSD
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: maxime@sochi.net.ru

For Apache2 value for
apxs -q LDFLAGS_SHLIB
is undefined even if Apache2 configured with --enable-so option.

This leads to linking errors when I trying build my own third party module using
apxs. When I force this value to '--shared' I have no linking errors.
