RLimitNPROC does not seem to work

I just tried out RLimitMEM 31457280 and it seems to help against my "DOS
attack". ;-)

Just one last question: RLimitMEM - is this valid for ALL scripts together (i.e.
cumulated) or - if I use suEXEC - per user?
