Some clients cannot fully receive the whole document

Summary: Some clients cannot fully receive the whole document
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.48
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://infosec.kut.ac.kr/sangjin/class/numbers/index.htm
                    l
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sangjin@kut.ac.kr

Environment: RedHat Linux 9

I have installed Apache 2.0.48 and PHP4.3.5. I am running this web for my
courses I teach. In our local school network, some PCs can retrieve documents
from my server without any problem, but most of the PCs can only retrieve the
upper portion of the document. It hangs showing only few lines of html
document. Most PCs outside the school network do not show this problem,
although there has been a few who have reported similar complaints.
