Documentation is not readable with internet explorer

Summary: Documentation is not readable with internet explorer
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.48
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mcnelson@mindspring.com

New installation of Apache.

The documentation cannot be read by clicking on the index.html, using internet
explorer.

This is true for each and every one of the documentation directories.

Perfectly useless.

Note carefully - the apache and documentation included with my old cygwin
worked well.
