ServerTokens shouldn't affect mod_status

------- Additional Comments From slive@apache.org 2004-03-02 15:14 -------
Because you want to use mod_status to determine what is in the Server: header?

Because you want to make mod_status open to the public?

Since the whole argument of hiding various parts of this information in various
places doesn't make any sense to me, I can't really tell. But I think it is
a waste of developer time to go around twidling this in various places. (But
if someone wants to use their time to do it, that's fine with me.)
