With LDAP cache disabled, the problem does not seem to occur.
I need some time to confirm this workaround. 
The server is up for about 1 day and 2 hours, and with LDAP cache enabled, the 
server used to go mad after only 12 hours.

So you're probably right Jeff: the trouble comes from the LDAP cache.

I will wait for a couple of day to validate this, and try the experimental 
module.
