apr_rmm corruption when allocating too much

Summary: apr_rmm corruption when allocating too much
           Product: APR
           Version: HEAD
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: APR-util
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: gozer@apache.org

when calling apr_rmm_malloc, I've experienced severe mm corruption when asking for
more than there is available from rmm.

Typically, it will induce segfaults all over.
