ap_SHA1 broken on 64-bit

           Summary: ap_SHA1 broken on 64-bit
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: HEAD
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: william@25thandClement.com

AP_LONG in include/ap_sha1.h assumes a 32-bit long. This breaks SHA-1 on 64-bit
platforms.

Similarly, UINT4 in ap_md5.h assumes a 32-bit int, which could lead to similar
problems (not verified, however).
