Two points.
1) Your patch is utterly bogus - you're knocking every HTTPS_ variable out of
the safe list. Also, HTTPS= will never match - the env variable is HTTPS.
2) We don't ship a patch for suexec to support SSL - you need to talk to either
the apache-ssl folks or the mod-ssl folks.
