I used McAfee VirusScan Professional 7.0 (firewall deactivated). Moving to 
Apache 2.0.47 and VirusScan 7.03 didn't changed anything. Deactivating McAfee 
software didn't helped, too. Deinstalling it solved problem. Sorry for 
duplicating 8325. Is there any way to make Apache2+McAfee combo working -
Apache1 works fine all the time...
