ssl.conf DocumentRoot does not match httpd.conf

The generated ssl.conf and httpd.conf files each define DocumentRoot,
but they do it differently, and unless the installation is built
to make the DocumentRoot be ServerRoot/htdocs, they will not match.
until one of them is hand-edited.

Apparent fixes would be to either generate DocumentRoot in ssl.conf
to be the same as in httpd.conf, or perhaps better, to omit the
DocumentRoot line entirely from ssl-std.conf.

DocumentRoot "@@ServerRoot@@/htdocs"
