content type header supplied upon PUT is thrown away

Summary: content type header supplied upon PUT is thrown away
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.45
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: mod_dav
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: julian.reschke@gmx.de

When processing a PUT, the information present in the HTTP content-type header
is thrown away. Instead, the server should persist both type and optionally the
encoding, and return it in GET, HEAD and PROPFIND requests.
