Could you be more specific about the bug that you are reporting?

Are you saying that the CPU load is too high?  Running hundreds of
virtual servers + SSL + CGI could certainly use lots of CPU.  But
the details depend entirely on your setup.

Perhaps this question would be better addressed on a user support list.
