patch for mod_autoindex to use xhtml and css

Summary: patch for mod_autoindex to use xhtml and css
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.45
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://www.kruu.org/jvtm/apache/mod_autoindex-
                    xhtml_and_css-2.0.45.diff
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: mod_autoindex
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jyrki@kruu.org
                CC: jyrki@kruu.org

The included patch makes mod_autoindex's output valid xhtml 1.1 and gives some
support for CSS stylesheets while using HTMLTable output. To be more specific,
it puts class="sortby" to appropriate table cells and formats the resulting HTML
a bit. (The inner beauty? :)
