recent change in ap_rgetline_core created an infinite loop

Summary: recent change in ap_rgetline_core created an infinite
                    loop
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.45
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Blocker
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tding@atabok.com
                CC: tding@atabok.com

I have a customer built module. When there is an request, I use ap_rgetline to
read request lines. At the end of request, ap_rgetline_core encountered an eos
at line 275 (set saw_eos = 1;), and it does break! However, there is a recent
added for(;;) loop, that created an infinite loop.

Please valify it and let me know.
