httpd -h does not document httpd -X

Summary: httpd -h does not document httpd -X
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: 1.3.23
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kiko@async.com.br

If you issue httpd -h, you'll see that the -X flag is not documented (it *is*,
however, documented in the manpage). Is this on purpose? If not, I can submit a
patch which adds it to the -h output.
