Hi,
we have the same problem: Apache was not working for some time (1- 20 sec) and
in the error.log appears the messages: "(OS64)The specified network name is no
longer available. : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed" (up to 6-7
times at sec). At increasing load the problem accures more frequent and for
longer time. In this time all processes of the server also standing still. For
example, it was impossible to copy from another machine to this server. If i
uninstall apache, there was no more problems with this server althought we
stress him.

We have removed the second network card. It does'nt help. Last night i'm
updated the Apache to 2.0.45. No effect. We updated the drivers, reinstall the
services packs, checked the whole servers hardware and software. Nothing helps.

Greetings,
Ilona
