Apache does not log HTTP 204's from nph-cgi-script correctly

Apache only needs to look at the fist outputted line, which should be of the 
form "HTTP/1.1 200 OK".
I would think it would be rather easy for apache to determine the statuscode of 
nph's, and log it.
