greetings.

 freebsd 4.5-release
 apache/1.3.27
 php/4.2.1
 mod_perl/1.27
 mod_ssl/2.8.11
 openssl/0.9.6e

my /var partition filled up this morning with loads of identical lines
in the main/default error_log file for httpd (i have a few virtual
websites on this machine, one is a phpbb site and another is imp). the
error_log file grew to about 16.8gb.

the lines that repeated for 87,615,977 times are :

 warning: httpdrecursive call
in free():httpd warning: in free():recursive call

(not sure which is first)

also seen in the error_log file approximately 36,359,599 times :

httpd in free(): warning: chunk is already free

no idea on how to recreate, please advise.
