Problem in starting Apache 2.0.40, which is installed in a directory with 
Chinese charactor/name.

Windows version of Apache Downloaded from ,
http://www.apache.inetcosmos.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/old/apache_2.0.40-
win32-x86-no_ssl.exe

OS :: Windows NT WorkStation (4.00.1381)

Following is the console message while starting the Apache Server, also unable 
to install apache as service.

E:\新文新文新文\Apache2\bin>Apache.exe
Syntax error on line 57 of E:/鏂版枃鏂版枃鏂版枃/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
ServerRoot must be a valid directory
------------------

Entry in httpd.conf ::
ServerRoot "E:/新文新文新文/Apache2"

------------------

Any help to solve this problem is really appreciated.
