Here is the error that I am receiving:
Starting httpd: [Thu Feb 27 20:42:53 2003] [warn] Apache does not support
line-end comments. Consider using quotes around argument: "#-1"
Syntax error on line 367 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'UserDir', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not
included in the server configuration
[FAILED]

and here are some lines of my config file.

   #"Order allow,deny"  <----- This was another error that I received 
   #Allow from all      <----- These two lines has supposedly end line comments
or invalid commands
