1. this is only a bug on Windows 9x, not on Windows NT (afaik)
2. it still exists in version 2.0.44
3. it has nothing to do with firewalls
==> this bug is not fixed

I tested v2.0.44 (with Win9x patch installed) on Win98SE with and without a
firewall (Kerio PF).

BTW: the Apache Monitor application that comes with Apache 2 works fine with
Apache 1.3.27 (even with a firewall), it doesn't work with Apache 2 (on Win9x).

[off-topic]Why not include Apache Monitor with Apache 1.3.x?[/off-topic]
