80% CPU utilization without active http connections

------- Additional Comments From knoke@cs.tu-berlin.de 2003-02-04 11:30 -------
I have tried all 2.0.x versions on my systems right now and (sorry for my
first opinion that all previous 2.0.x versions are working) all these versions
are not working. But the 1.3.27 version works flawlessly without a single
error entry in my error.log (loglevel=debug).
It's time to find the bug and I have seen many different knowledge base
articles in the MSDN library for the "WSAENOTSOCK" bug.
