Internal Server error when trying to deliver animated windows cursors .ani files

Summary: Internal Server error when trying to deliver animated
                    windows cursors .ani files
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: 1.3.24
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: FreeBSD
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rob@lasers.org

Animated cursors will not work with the current settings in the conf file magic
Animated windows Cursors extension .ani have in the header "RIFF" as the first
4 bytes, which magic identifies as

# Microsoft RIFF
0 string RIFF audio/unknown

and will generate a Internal Server Error

This only effects MS IE browsers as far as I know as it is the only browser
that allows for cursor changes in the STYLE tag

I have only tested with 1.3.24, but checked the magic file in 1.3.27 and it
contains the same reference

Commenting out the Line will allow it to work.
