All requests fail with 720064 through port-forwarded firewall

Summary: All requests fail with 720064 through port-forwarded
                    firewall
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.43
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://www.riehm.ca
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mriehm@sympatico.ca

I have Apache up and running on my WinXP machine. The machine has a static,
private IP address behind a LAN/WAN controller/firewall (Microsoft Broadband
Wireless box). The LAN/WAN controller is hooked to a DSL modem for Internet
access.

Apache is listening on port 80, all IP addresses.

The firewall is configured to port-forward WANIP:80 PRIVATEIP:80.

I can access the server with http://localhost or http://192.168.2.64. However,
I can never access the server with http://WANIP.

Looking in the Apache error log, the following message appears every time
I try to hit http://WANIP:
[warn] (720064)The specified network name is no longer available. :
winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

Thanks for your help, --Marc Riehm.
