mention which modules are part of the (binary) distributions and which not (mod_ssl)

Summary: mention which modules are part of the (binary)
                    distributions and which not (mod_ssl)
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.32
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hauser@acm.org

Security should become part of the standard distribution. If there are still
legal impediments for the outright inclusion in the "tarballs", there should at
least be good documentation how to fill this gap by oneself.
