I have  RedHat 8.0 and apache 2.0.40 . If I test cgi scripts as a root it work
but if I  try to running out side of  /var/www/cgi-bin   its not work. I have
added scripts alias and directory but still that error mages. Why??? I have
tried to setup permission and more but still
