apache child pid exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

I follow your steps, I set the CoreDumpDirectory to /tmp directory and I have
sufficient disk space.

but the core file doesn't generate..
I'm trying set the LogLevel to debug..

my httpd.conf is ok

[root@beta tmp]# httpd -t
Syntax OK
