Berkeley DB 4.1 requires a TXid in the open call...fails compile

Summary: Berkeley DB 4.1 requires a TXid in the open call...fails
                    compile
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.43
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: shep@netscape.com

The newer versions of Berkeley DB require a transaction ID in the db->open()
call. If tracking the transaction is not important, then NULL is an acceptable
txid, it just needs to be there.
