configure --enable-dso doesn't Do The Right Thing

Summary: configure --enable-dso doesn't Do The Right Thing
           Product: APR
           Version: HEAD
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: APR
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: joe@manyfish.co.uk

configure should autodetect the DSO method if "./configure --enable-dso" is used
without specifying a DSO method (rather than breaking the build).

configure should fail if an unknown method is given (e.g. "./configure
-enable-dso=fish"), and not allow the build to break in that case either.
