2.0.39 is not stable at all compiled and run by cygwin...

2.0.39 could be compiled by cygwin on both Windows XP sp1 and Windows .Net RC1 
but it's not stable at all once invoked. For each and every file download, I 
need to restart or stop/start it for my friends to continue to download the 
next file or it gets hung with a lot of child spawned with no response at all.
