No service installed

           Summary: No service installed
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.40
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: djdiehl@us.ibm.com

V2.0.20 had been installed and working. This morning the service would not
start, although it did appear in "services" as installed, automatic status was
blank, it would not start manually. Tried to uninstall and reinstall V2.0.40,
now the service does not show up at all. The monitor shows "no service
installed".
