Mistake at ChildPerUserId Directive description. and about php+apache2

Summary: Mistake at ChildPerUserId Directive description. and
                    about php+apache2
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.42
          Platform: All
               URL: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/perchild.html
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: yurtesen@ispro.net.tr

ChildPerUserId Directive documentation says the following...
----
Specify a user id and group id for a specific child process. The number of
children is set by the NumServers directive. For example, the default value for
NumServers is 5 and that means children ids 1,2,3,4 and 5 are available for
assigment. If a child does not have an associated ChildPerUserID, it inherits
the User and Group settings from the main server
----
It says "specific child process" but it should be perhaps changed to "a number
of child processes" or change the whole sentence, the number entered as the
last variable of the directive effects how many child processes should be
created by the uid/gid specified. Thus specifying 2 doesnt change the uid/gid
of the child process number 2 but it lets you have 2 child processes with the
uid/gid specified. Also the total of the ChildPerUserID directive cant be more
than NumServers directive, which cant be more than ServerLimit directive.
Although there is not much documented in ServerLimit directive manuals about
perchild module.

and I believe there should be a warning message for people who want to use php
with perchild module because if you forget to compile apache with perchild
module then (I guess) it returns -1 uid thus php is complaining if the safe
mode is on but still the created files are owned by the normal user of the
apache. I dont know if my assumption this is correct though.

Thanks ;)
