  This is obviously not an httpd server bug, the Apache server contains
  no WebdavFile nor HttpURL classes.

  PLEASE try the appropriate user support list, and review some other
  active bugs in this database for examples of how much information is
  required for a bug to be considered.  The two reports you filed this
  morning are certainly insufficient for any practical reproduction
  or debugging.
