  This is not resolved, nor fixed.

  The proxy is byteranging the response from the proxied server,
  which had already byteranged ITS response based on the proxy
  request.

  Simple solutions; we must either remove the HTTP_BYTERANGE filter
  from the proxy server, or drop the Range: header from the proxy
  request.  The first breaks any other filters in the proxy request
  and makes the response uncachable.  The later consumes additional
  bandwidth of the response isn't cached.
