Apache kills processgroup.

           Summary: Apache kills processgroup.
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: HEAD
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: johan-apache@localhost.nl

When apache is run from daemontools with -DFOREGROUND as a startup
parameter, and the apache daemontools service gets killed, it kills
processes outside the process group as well. This behaviour doesn't appear
to exist in apache 1.3.26+ when using the -F option at startup.

See also http://cr.yp.to/daemontools/faq/create.html#pgrphack for more
information regarding this subject.
