In general there is no guarentee of binary compatibilty for the apache module
interface.  In other words, you may need to recompile your modules (or get new
versions from the supplier) whenever
you recompile or upgrade apache.  EAPI is only one of many things that can
change between compilations.  See also bug 11778.
