binbuild.sh does not allow customization of configure arguments

binbuild.sh does not allow customization of configure arguments, thus forcing 
one to edit this script to either add them or to comment out the configure line.

Instead, binbuild.sh should use config.nice when it exists, augmenting these 
options with layout, etc, settings as needed.
