So as: htpasswd -c c:\ttt admin or htpasswd -n admin returns the message: htpasswd: -c and -n options conflict If i've created the "c:\ttt" file, and try to use htpasswd c:\ttt admin I have a message, that process cannot access the file, file is locked. 0 files copied.
