And furthermore, a sequence of about five HEAD's on a directory picking common  
names for the index would reveal its name anyway:  
  
HEAD /index.html  -> 404 (not it)  
HEAD /index.shtml -> 404 (not it)  
HEAD /index.php   -> 200 (aha, there it is)  
  
The fact that the name is revealed is not a bug, as the name can be  
ascertained in many other perfectly legitimate ways anyhow.  
 
That makes three votes for "not a bug," so I'm marking this as WONTFIX.  
Thanks for the report though!
