Having entered a wrong filename in the include command I got an exception with 
the message box title 
"OleMainThreadWndName: php.exe - Fehler in Anwendung"
The (german) message text is:
Die Anweisung in "0x100ab775" verweist auf Speicher in "ox00000001a". Der 
Vorgang "read" konnte nicht auf dem Speicher durchgef�hrt werden.

After klicking on the button CANCEL the disassembler of c++ starts with an 
error message: unhandled exception in php.exe (PHP4TS.DLL): 0xC000005: Access 
Violation

The text of the error log file is:
