Add SVG file extensions to mime.types

------- Additional Comments From dmh@dmh.org.uk 2002-07-09 18:20 -------
This is why I suggested associating the de facto SVG extensions with the
application/xml media type -- people want to use SVG graphics /now/, but we're
stymied because SVG doesn't have it's own IANA-recognised type. Associating it
with a recognised XML media type strikes me as a good stop-gap, rather than
leaving any ".svg" files to be served up as text/plain.

The only other workaround is to use the ".xml" extension for all SVG files,
e.g. <http://www.mozilla.org.uk/svg/lion.xml>.

No wonder the kids love Flash. ;o)

(Left bug as WONTFIX.)
